Auto Financing: Where to Go

Auto financing is an elegant way of saying you need someone to extend a car loan on the vehicle you're buying. Financing a car doesn't have to be complicated. All you need to know is where to get it from. After all, there are hundreds of auto financing companies and lenders out there who want your business. Thanks to technology, borrowers with low credit scores don't even need to face an embarrassing situation when applying for a car loan. Lots of websites online offer car loan services. Don’t know where to begin? Just search on the internet with a set of words like, "car loan Michigan" and you’ll get tons of possible online lenders. Following are other financing resources.

1.     CAR DEALER - Car dealers are also lenders who can extend loans to new car buyers. Since they purchase in bulk, they get a discount and can afford to give you a sweet financing deal. Just beware of the hidden charges some may add.

2.     CREDIT UNION - If you're a credit union member, chances are they have better rates to offer for car loans. If you're not yet a member, join one; the rates are friendlier.

3.     HOME EQUITY LOAN - Using your home as collateral is another way to get financing on your new vehicle. If you're house is on stake, you'll never forget to make that monthly payment!
